This hotel is a bit secluded, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. However, this is also a positive aspect as it provides a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere.

A long way from night life or shopping. Like everywhere in Indonesia, they allow smoking in the dining areas.

The bed in the room was comfortable. We really enjoyed staying at crown vista. Free parking was provided to the guests. Fantastic base for weekend in Batam

Noise from the pub/disco area can be heard in rooms on the lower floors.

My Christmas stay at this hotel was wonderful. the rooms were spacious and clean. the air conditioning worked well, which was a relief from the humidity outside. the location was perfectly situated between two malls, making shopping and dining options easily accessible. the staff was attentive and friendly.

The pool was small and outdated, which was disappointing. there could have been more options for American and European cuisine in the restaurant.

On top of the highest hill, this hotel boasts of excellent service and facilities. Cleanliness is top-notch and the hotel provides free shuttles to nearby shopping malls. The breakfast spread is varied and the view from the dining area is breathtaking. Staff are accommodating and attentive, making my stay feel personalized.

Good view from the hotel room and great breakfast options with both western and Asian cuisine. Nice outdoor pool area with clean towels and loungers. , the hotel had many varieties of drinks available at the bar.

The location is quite isolated, with nothing to do nearby, and the hotel charges a lot for taxis to the city center. Service was not always helpful or attentive, and the room was not properly cleaned during our stay, with dusty surfaces and uncleaned glasses.
